Who we are
Birimo Consultancy is a Somali-led professional services firm with operational presence in Mogadishu and Kismayo. We provide specialized, context-sensitive consulting to government institutions, international organizations, and donor agencies, developing legal and policy frameworks, conducting in-depth assessments, facilitating strategic trainings, and supporting monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL). Our growing portfolio includes fisheries governance, marine resource management, coastal community development, and sustainable fisheries policy.
